Privacy Policy

What we collect

your name, email, and phone (if you give it), plus any scenario details you submit through a request form. If you use the Financing Comparison Request tool, this also includes a photo and a brokerage logo you upload (used only to generate the comparison document you requested) and details about your real estate agent — their name, phone, email, brokerage, and license number — so we can prepare and share that document with the right people. What you type into a calculator's sliders or fields stays in your own browser and isn't saved — with one exception: if you enter a ZIP code, it's sent to our server to look up local home-price trends, but we don't save it or use it for anything else. Nothing else is saved or sent unless you submit it through a form.

How we use it

to respond to your request and, if you've given consent, to contact you about your mortgage options. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (site analytics) — service providers who process it on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

Site analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how this site is used — for example, which pages and tools are visited and whether visitors click to contact Mike. It's set up to be anonymous: it doesn't use cookies or store anything in your browser, doesn't record your screen or what you type, and never receives your name, email, phone number, or the numbers you enter into a calculator. PostHog is configured to discard visitors' IP addresses.

Calls and texts

we only contact you by phone or text if you've checked the box saying it's okay. We keep a record of that consent.

Your choices

contact us anytime to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted.

Changes

this policy is dated below and updated if what we collect changes.
